Loaned Items
• All loaned items are to be used within Dubai Mall premises ONLY.
• All guests using Dubai Mall loaned items are doing so at their own risk. Dubai Mall Management will not be held responsible or liable for any health and safety, cost claims, demands, actions, damages, expenses, and any legal and professional fees.
• All guests availing loan items are required to deposit a valid ID (UAE, GCC, International or Driving License) or provide a cash deposit. A refundable retainer fee of AED 1000 for Wheelchairs or baby strollers and AED 300 for power bank. Dubai Mall Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the form and amount of security required, and to request additional documentation or deposit were deemed necessary.
• Any loss or damage would result in penalty charges on the loaned item(s). An ID (UAE, GCC, International or Driving License) will be retained until the penalty charge is cleared. Please find a list of penalty charges below:
1. AED 1000 for wheelchairs or baby strollers that are lost, damaged (in any way) or not received in good condition.
2. AED 300 for power banks that are lost, damaged (in any way) or not received in good condition.
• Hired items must be returned to the Guest Services desks within the operating hours of the mall. Guest Services desks operate from Monday to Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Friday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
• In the event the return time exceeds the Guest Services operating hours, guests are kindly requested to return the hired items to the Mall Management Office located on the LG Level.
• Management reserves the right to modify the above Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
• Guest Services Desks timing are as per Mall Operational hours and are subject to change without prior notice.

Shopping before traveling is easy at Dubai Mall, with a fully integrated luggage concierge and airport check-in service. Monitored by 24-hour CCTV, store your luggage safely and securely for your comfort and ease while you shop
Dubal Mall counter in partnership win DUBZ-Dubai's premium baggage delivery check-in service provider, also works as a check-in station. Travelers can check-in their tags, collect their boarding passes and baggage tags. This seamless service allows guests to head directly from Dubai Mall to the airport and arrive baggage free with their boarding pass.
To ensure the safety and wolbeing of its guests DUBZ has partnered with PLM Middie East to implement a contactless experience. Devices are in place to chock that guests are wearing masks and to measure body ternperature before proceeding with the service. DUBZ is also offering extra protection with their santisation solution for bags long-lasting which is approved by the Municipality to kill all viruses up to 72 hours. This is an optional service and costs AED 29 for x2 pieces of luggage.
