Available in English, Arabic, Chinese and Russian, paper Mall Guides can be picked up at any Guest Services Desk located throughout the mall.

Experience the best of the mall in style with a dedicated chauffeur service to take you to your favourite stores. Our buggy service is complimentary and can be booked from our Guest Services Desk within Fashion Avenue.
The Dubai Mall is directly connected to the Dubai Metro by link bridge, which can be accessed from Level 2 near Fashion Catwalk. The station name is Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall.
RTA buses can be accessed from the Grand Drive lower level, by P1 Grand Parking. Ticket machines are also available onsite.
For the courtesy of guests, The Dubai Mall has onsite prayer rooms for men and women on every level and are clearly marked. For more details, please approach any Guest Services Desk or refer to our e-directories for locations.
If you need an extra charge on your mobile or electronic device, Power Banks can be loaned from any Guest Services Desk on a complimentary and temporary basis. Simply provide a valid form of ID or leave a security deposit, and you can take the Power Bank with you as you enjoy your shopping.
Wheelchairs can be provided at no charge. Please inquire at any Guest Services Desk to have this arranged.

If you’ve misplaced or lost an item in the mall, there’s a good chance it has found its way to our Lost & Found, located on the Lower Ground Floor, next to Abu Dhabi National Bank.
Similarly, if you’ve found a personal belonging, please report it to any Guest Services Desk, or if convenient, deliver it to the Lost & Found.
If a child is lost, please report this immediately to any Guest Services Desk.
The Dubai Mall prioritises the safety of its guests. Round the clock Security teams and an onsite Emergency Response Team are readily available to respond to immediate situations and react in the event of a crisis or emergency.
