The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your registration for the Draw.
The Draw shall be considered void where prohibited by law.

Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Prizes are subject to availability, and The Dubai Mall reserves the right to substitute one prize with another prize without prior notice.
If The Dubai Mall management are unable to contact the winner after 48 hours, or if the winner refuses to accept the prize based on these Terms & Conditions, then The Dubai Mall management reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
By entering the Draw, the winner agrees to personally go to The Dubai Mall Management Offices to collect the prize and participate in subsequent promotional activities as The Dubai Mall may require, upon mutual consent.
The promotional activities include but are not limited to:
Pictures or video that will be used for digital advertising and promotion across various online, social media and offline channels.
Interview and/or photo/video shoot for marketing purposes across various online, social media and offline channels.
Entry into the Draw will be automatic, as long as the participant has made an Eligible post as per the terms and conditions.
By registering to the Draw by posting your wish; and should you win the prize listed herein, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regards to certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender, and other personal information provided to The Dubai Mall and allow this entity to use such personal information to advertise and announce you as a prize winner across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc.
