Dubai Mall General Terms & Conditions:

  1. Emaar Malls (Dubai Mall) general terms and conditions apply.
  2. By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and consent to these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
  3. Dubai Mall Rewards programme’s Terms and Conditions and Rules are subject to change without notice.
  4. Dubai Mall Rewards programme is applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
  5. Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify or discontinue Dubai Mall Rewards programme without notice.
  6. Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, downtime, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your usage of Dubai Mall Rewards programme.
  7. Rewards shall be considered null and void where prohibited by law.
  8. Dubai Mall reserves the right to reject any invoices that appear incorrect or fraudulent, and unrelated to the Emirates Skywards Member associated with the Dubai Mall Rewards programme account. . Dubai Mall has the right to suspend such Dubai Mall Rewards programme accounts pending investigation, without prior notice and take appropriate action as deemed necessary. These actions may include blacklisting the Dubai Mall Rewards programme account, investigating the account holder, imposing penalties, or reporting the matter to relevant authorities.
  9. You acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

Dubai Mall Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions:

  1. To earn Skywards Miles, Emirates Skywards members need to download Dubai Mall app, register at Dubai Mall app to become a member of Dubai Mall Rewards programme. They can then link their Emirates Skywards account using their Emirates Skywards credentials.
  2. Once an Emirates Skywards member has successfully linked their Emirates Skywards account, they may earn Skywards Miles by submitting valid receipts through the ‘Add Receipt’ tool on Dubai Mall app.
  3. A valid receipt is defined as a store receipt for a transaction carried out by Dubai Mall rewards member at Dubai Mall, and submitted within 14 days from the transaction date through Dubai Mall app. The 14-day period includes the date of purchase, and receipts that are submitted more than 14 days after the date of purchase will not be accepted. The time of purchase will not be taken into consideration.
  4. Credit/Debit card receipts will not be accepted.
  5. The member must ensure that the entire receipt is captured by the ‘Add Receipt’ tool, including all information available.
  6. Each receipt must be captured and uploaded separately through the ‘Add Receipt’ option.
  7. The following are not accepted: manually written receipts, Emaar gift card purchases or any other gift cards purchases, deposit and item reservation receipts, Mediclinic bills, insurance payments, screenshots taken from Dubai Mall app or any other apps, pictures taken from other devices’ screens, photocopied or scanned receipts, online order or online purchase receipts, Etisalat receipts, Du receipts, utility payments, DED receipts, Easy taxi receipts, bank receipts, exchange conversion of currency receipts, and travel payments made through the travel agencies.
  8. Items purchased through a credit note, through credit transfer or through item exchange will not be accepted, and Skywards Miles will only be awarded on the remaining value.
  9. In linking an Emirates Skywards account to Dubai Mall app, Emirates Skywards members consent and authorise Emirates Skywards to share the following membership details with Dubai Mall: Member Name, Emirates Skywards membership number, Tier status, and Skywards Miles balance. The members’ Emirates Skywards credentials will not be shared with Dubai Mall.
  10. Emirates Skywards members who are Dubai Mall Rewards members can earn Skywards Miles on all valid receipts for purchases in Dubai Mall of AED 100 and above.
  11. Verification of receipt validity will be the responsibility of Dubai Mall, and Dubai Mall reserves the right to reject receipts and withhold any associated rewards.
  12. Emirates Skywards members who have linked their account to Dubai Mall app will earn Skywards Miles on their spend in Dubai Mall at a rate of:
    1. Platinum: 1 Skywards Mile per USD 1 spend.
    2. Gold: 1 Skywards Mile per USD 1.5 spend.
    3. Silver and Blue: 1 Skywards Mile per USD 2 spend.
  13. Skywards Miles will be credited to the Emirates Skywards member’s account within 1 week from the date of submitting the valid receipt, although this timeline may be extended if the transaction is of a high value or requires further investigation. Any transaction value above USD 10,000 will be credited within one month of submitting a valid receipt.
  14. In the event that a valid receipt has been uploaded through Dubai Mall app within the stipulated 14-day window and the Skywards Miles have not been posted to the Emirates Skywards member’s account, Skywards Miles can be claimed by contacting Dubai Mall within six months via Dubai Mall app, or by contacting the Emirates Skywards Contact Centre.
  15. The VIP Parking benefit at Dubai Mall is available only for Emirates Skywards Platinum members. To avail of the benefit, Emirates Skywards Platinum members will need to register with Dubai Mall app and send the vehicle number plate details to parking@thedubaimall.com.*
  16. Access to The Lounge at Fashion Avenue in Dubai Mall is available only for Emirates Skywards Platinum members. To avail of the benefit, Emirates Skywards Platinum members will need to show their Emirates Skywards membership profile linked to Dubai Mall app.**
  17. This is an accrual-only partnership; redemption is not available at this stage.
  18. Silver members may earn a maximum of 10,000 Miles per month and Blue members may earn a maximum of 5,000 Miles per month. These limits are based on the date of purchase on the receipt and not on the date of upload or verification. Skywards Miles earned in excess of the monthly cap will not be credited and cannot be carried forward to the following month.
  19. Once a receipt is uploaded, it may not be transferred to another account or removed to be re-uploaded.
  20. Skywards Skysurfers are not eligible to link their Emirates Skywards account to Dubai Mall app due to age restrictions. In addition, My Family and Business Rewards accounts are also ineligible to join the programme.
  21. Skywards Miles will not be earned on refunded or returned products.
  22. Receipt information may be shared with retailers purely for receipt verification, validation and fraud detection purposes.
  23. Dubai Mall reserves the right to suspend or disable the accounts of Dubai Mall Rewards members and prevent any future reward accruals through Dubai Mall app, should any fraudulent activity or misuse of Dubai Mall Rewards programme be detected or suspected by Dubai Mall. Dubai Mall is not obliged to award Skywards Miles for valid receipts during the period of account suspension.
  24. Emirates Skywards may at any time without prior notice to Emirates Skywards members, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the benefits provided under the partnership or impose additional restrictions or conditions in connection with the benefits.
  25. Dubai Mall may at any time without prior notice to Emirates Skywards members, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the benefits provided under the partnership or impose additional restrictions or conditions in connection with the benefits.
  26. When an Emirates Skywards member avails of goods or services from Dubai Mall the contract for such goods or services is between the Emirates Skywards member and Dubai Mall. Accordingly, Dubai Mall terms and conditions shall apply to the benefits, goods or services provided by Dubai Mall. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMIRATES SKYWARDS ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER IN RESPECT OF GOODS OR SERVICES SUPPLIED BY DUBAI MALL IN CONNECTION WITH DUBAI MALL REFUSAL TO SUPPLY GOODS OR SERVICES TO THE EMIRATES SKYWARDS MEMBER.
  27. Emirates Skywards Programme Rules apply.

*VIP Parking:

  1. This benefit is only available to Emirates Skywards Platinum members who are also part of Dubai Mall Rewards members.
  2. The VIP Parking is located in:
    1. Fashion Avenue Parking Level B,
    2. Grand Parking Level P2 Adjacent to Bloomingdale entrance,
    3. Cinema Parking Level P2 Near China Town entrance.
  3. To enter the VIP Parking, the member must send their vehicle number plate details to parking@thedubaimall.com.
  4. This benefit is limited to one vehicle per Emirates Skywards Platinum member.
  5. Access is subject to availability. In case the VIP Parking is full or closed for renovations, an alternative arrangement or benefit may not be offered.
  6. This benefit is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or benefits.


**The Lounge:

  1. This benefit is only available to Emirates Skywards Platinum members who are also Dubai Mall Rewards members.
  2. The Lounge is located on R-Level of Fashion Avenue.
  3. To enter The Lounge, members must show their Emirates Skywards membership profile linked to Dubai Mall app.
  4. Dubai Mall Rewards member is entitled to one-time access per day to The Lounge at Fashion Avenue.
  5. This benefit is limited to the member and one (1) guest.
  6. The member is required to contact The Lounge at Fashion Avenue prior to their visit on 04 367 5555 or thelounge@emaar.ae
  7. Access is subject to availability. In case the lounge is full or closed for renovations, an alternative arrangement or benefit may not be offered.
  8. The dress code policy is smart casual and Emirati national dress. Beach clothes, shorts, flip flops and caps are not allowed inside The Lounge at Fashion Avenue.
  9. Children under the age of 18 are not allowed entry to The Lounge at Fashion Avenue.
  10. Outside food and beverages are prohibited within The Lounge at Fashion Avenue.
  11. Smoking is strictly prohibited within The Lounge at Fashion Avenue.
  12. This benefit is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or benefits.


Your Agreement to Our Use of Information about You

  1. Dubai Mall processes Dubai Mall Rewards members' personal information in accordance with Dubai Mall Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"). Dubai Mall member’s personal information refers to personal information Dubai Mall Rewards member provides when registering to Dubai Mall Rewards programme. Processing Emirates Skywards membership information shall be governed by the applicable rules and privacy policy.
  2. In addition, by participating in Dubai Mall Rewards programme, Dubai Mall may collect additional personal information from Dubai Mall Rewards members. Dubai Mall may also use and share Dubai Mall Rewards members' personal information in the ways described below, in addition to what is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions supplement the Privacy Policy with respect to Dubai Mall processing of the personal information of Dubai Mall Rewards members. If Dubai Mall rewards members do not agree to these terms, they must elect not to join Dubai Mall Rewards programme.
  3. Additional personal information collected will include information that Dubai Mall Rewards members provide when they register in Dubai Mall Rewards programme or manage their profile on the App. During registration, Dubai Mall requires Dubai Mall Rewards members to provide their first name, last name, mobile number and e-mail address.
  4. In addition to the uses and sharing described in the Privacy Policy, Dubai Mall may use and share relevant portions of Dubai Mall Rewards member’s personal information in order to administer Dubai Mall Rewards programme. This may include sharing personal information with Dubai Mall Partners in order to credit Dubai Mall Rewards member with the benefits earned through participation in Dubai Mall Rewards programme.
  5. By registering, Dubai Mall Rewards members also consent to the transfer of information to countries where Dubai Mall and its partners’ information processing facilities and business operations are located where data protection laws may differ from those of Dubai Mall Rewards member’s home country and / or the UAE.
  6. To ensure that Dubai Mall Rewards member’s personal information is accurate and up-to-date, Dubai Mall may also share Dubai Mall Rewards members’ information with a third party for the purpose of updating and enhancing the quality and content of the information it maintains.
  7. Dubai Mall Rewards members may receive additional communications including Dubai Mall Rewards account statements, offers specifically for Dubai Mall Rewards members and co-branded messages from Dubai Mall Partners.
