Perfumery&Co at Dubai Mall draw (the “Draw”) is subject to all Emaar Gift Card Terms and Conditions which are subject to change without notice and can be found on EmaarGiftCard.com.
The Draw is applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
Emaar Gift Card and Perfumery&Co at Dubai Mall reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue the Draw without notice.
Emaar Gift Card and Perfumery& Co at Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your registration for the Emaar Gift Card & the Draw.
The Draw shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
You acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Promotion Period
Entries to the Draw are earned when following Perfumery & Co Instagram and/or Facebook page between 12:00am Gulf Standard Time on 29th April 2018 until 11:59pm Gulf Standard Time on 26th May 2018 (the “Promotion Period”).
The last day to be entered into the Draw will be 26th May 2018, 11:59 pm Gulf Standard Time (GST).
Eligibility
Participants must follow the Instagram and/or Facebook page of Perfumery& Co during the promotion period.
Only participants who have followed Perfumery & Co Instagram or Facebook page during the Promotion Period will be qualified to enter the Draw.
The prize draw is open to participants aged 18 years and above only.
Employees of Emaar and their immediate family members, suppliers, agents and anyone professionally associated with this campaign and prize draw, are not allowed to participate in the Draw.
Participants must have an open/public profile to be eligible.
Prize
Entry into the Draw will be automatic, as long as the participant has followed the Instagram and/or Facebook page.
2 winners will be drawn on each draw date: 13th May, 20th May and 27th May 2018.
Each of the weekly winners will receive an Emaar Gift Card worth AED 5,000 to be spent at Perfumery & Co.
The winner must shop with their Emaar Gift card and utilize the full amount of AED 5000 with the assistance of the Personal shopper within one day, during mall opening hours i.e. 10am till 10pm. Any amount that are un-spent from the AED 5,000 during this day at Perfumery & Co at Dubai Mall shall be forfeited.
The prize amount i.e. AED 5,000 cannot be exchanged for cash or consumed later.
Winner
Winners of the Draw will be announced at each draw date.
The winners of the Draw will be contacted by Facebook private message or Instagram private message.
If Dubai Mall management are unable to contact the winner after 48 hours, or if the winner refuses to accept the prize based on these Terms & Conditions, then Dubai Mall management reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
By entering the Emaar Gift Card & Perfumery& Co at Dubai Mall Draw, the winners agree to personally visit Perfumery&Co at Dubai Mall to collect their prize and participate in the subsequent promotional activities as Emaar Gift Card/Dubai Mall may require. The promotional activities include but are not limited to:
Featuring an exclusive “Behind the scenes” photo and video shoot with Perfumery& Co at Dubai Mall and Emaar Gift Card. This video will be used for digital advertising and promotion across various online, social media and offline channels.
Interviews and photo/videos shoot with various influencers and media which will be used for marketing purposes across various online, social media and offline channels
On the day of the prize draw the winners agree to select a date in May 2018 during week day to avail the beauty shopping spree. The winners also agree to personally visit Perfumery & Co at Dubai Mall in the selected dates to utilize the AED 5,000 gift card. The winner must also agree to be available to Perfumery&Co Dubai Mall for additional interviews and filming for an additional 2 hours the following day upon request from Dubai Mall marketing team.
Dubai Mall or Emaar Gift Card will not be responsible for arranging flights, visa, hotel stays or meals or other miscellaneous expenses during the winner’s stay in Dubai, UAE.
Winners will be required to show any of the following ID document to collect their prize: passport, ID card, Driving License.
The winner cannot spend the prize money on their Emaar Gift card to purchase additional Emaar gift cards or any other retail gift card.
Condition of accepting the prize:
The winner has to be physically capable of shopping for a period of 4 hours.
Availability on the date selected by the winners in May 2018 to collect the prize and participate to the subsequent promotional activities
If the winner refuses to accept the prize based on the above-mentioned conditions, then Perfumery & Co management reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
The winners must spend their prize money to shop across at least 4 of the following categories: 1 make up, 1 skin care, 1 fragrance and 1 Salon.
Personal Information
By registering for the Draw; and should you win the prize listed herein, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regard to certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender, and other personal information provided to Emaar Gift Card and Dubai Mall and allow both entities to use such personal information to advertise and announce you as a prize winner across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc.
You further agree and acknowledge to allow Emaar Properties PJSC and all their affiliated companies (including Dubai Mall) and subsidiaries to film, photograph, and utilize your image for all marketing purposes across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc. during any of the activities related to the prize draw and award.
Governing Law
This prize and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).

تحتفظ الأطراف التابعة لبطاقة هدايا إعمار وبيرفيومري آند كو في دبي مول بالحق في إضافة أو تعديل أو إيقاف السحب دون إشعارٍ مسبق.
لن تتحمّل بطاقة هدايا إعمار وبيرفيومري آند كو في دبي مول مسؤولية أية أعطال أو انقطاعات فنية أو مشاكل في الاتصال بالإنترنت أو معلومات تسجيل غير مكتملة أو غير صحيحة أو أية أخطاء من أي نوع قد تؤثر على تسجيلك للحصول على بطاقة الهدايا من إعمار أو الدخول في السحب.
يعتبر السحب لاغياً في حال تم حظره بموجب القانون.
أنت تُقر وتُوافق على أنك قمت بقراءة وفهم وقبول هذه الشروط والأحكام وتؤكد التزامك بها.
فترة العرض الترويجي
يجب على المشاركين متابعة بيرفيومري آند كو من خلال حساباتها على انستجرام و/أو صفحة الفيسبوك خلال فترة العرض الترويجي.
يكون المشاركون الذين قاموا بمتابعة حسابات بيرفيومري آند كو على انستجرام أو صفحة فيسبوك خلال فترة العرض الترويجي فقط مؤهلون للدخول في السحب.
السحب على الجائزة متاح لكافة المشاركين الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عاماً فما فوق فقط.
لا يجوز لموظفي إعمار أو أي من أفراد عائلاتهم المباشرين أو الموردين أو الوكلاء أو أي شخص مرتبط مهنياً بهذه الحملة أو السحب على الجائزة المشاركة في السحب.
يجب أن يكون للمشاركين ملفاً شخصياً مفتوحاً/عاماً حتى يصبحوا مؤهلين.
جائزة
يكون الدخول في السحب تلقائياً، طالما التزم المشاركون بمتابعة الحسابات على انستجرام و/أو الفيسبوك.
وسيتم سحب أسماء فائزين اثنين في تاريخ كل سحب:13 مايو و20 مايو و27 مايو، 2018.
يحصل كل فائز أسبوعياً على بطاقة الهدايا من إعمار بقيمة 5000 درهم لإنفاقها فيبيرفيومري آند كو.
ينبغي أن يتسوّق الفائز ببطاقة هدايا إعمار ويستخدم المبلغ بأكمله والذي يصل إلى 5000 درهم، ويساعده في ذلك المتسوّق الشخصي حيث يمضي يوماً من التسوّق خلال ساعات عمل المول والتي تبدأ من الساعة 10 صباحاً وحتى 10 مساءً. وسيتم إلغاء أي مبالغ نقديّة لم يتم إنفاقها خلال ذلك اليوم في بيرفيومري آند كو الكائن في دبي مول.
لا يمكن استبدال قيمة الجائزة التي تصل إلى 5000 درهم نقداً أو إنفاقها لاحقاً.
الفائز
سيتم الإعلان عن أسماء الفائزين في تاريخ كل سحب.
سيتم الاتصال بالفائزين في السحب عن طريق رسالة خاصة عبر الفيسبوك أو الإنستجرام.
في حال تعذّر على إدارة دبي مول التواصل مع الفائز بعد مضي 48 ساعة أو في حال رفض الفائز قبول الجائزة بناءً على هذه الشروط والأحكام، فإن إدارة دبي مول تحتفظ بالحق في منح الجائزة لفائز آخر.
مع الدخول في السحب على بطاقة هدايا إعمار وبيرفيومري آند كو في دبي مول، يوافق الفائز على زيارة بيرفيومري آند كو في دبي مول شخصياً لاستلام جائزته والمشاركة في أنشطة ترويجية لاحقة كما يجب إظهار بطاقة هدايا إعمار/دبي مول. وتضم الأنشطة الترويجية على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ما يلي:
تضم الأنشطة جلسة تصوير وفيديو "وراء الكواليس" حصرياً مع بيرفيومري آند كو في دبي مول وبطاقة هدايا إعمار. حيث يستخدم الفيديو المسجّل لأغراض دعائية رقمية وترويجية عبر مختلف المواقع الإلكترونية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والقنوات غير المتصلة بالإنترنت.
مقابلات وجلسات تصوير/فيديو مع العديد من الشخصيات المؤثرة ووسائل الإعلام والتي سوف تستخدم لأغراض تسويقية عبر العديد من المواقع الإلكترونية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والقنوات غير المتصلة بالإنترنت.
يوافق الفائزون في يوم السحب على تحديد تاريخ في شهر مايو 2018 على أن يكون أحد أيام الأسبوع للاستفادة من متعة التسوّق لمنتجات الجمال. كما يوافق الفائزون على زيارة بيرفيومري آند كو في دبي مول شخصياً خلال التواريخ المحدّدة لاستخدام بطاقة الهدية بقيمة 5000 درهم. ويوافق الفائز أيضاً على أن يكون حاضراً في بيرفيومري آند كو في دبي مول لأية مقابلات وجلسات تصوير إضافية لمدة ساعتين إضافيتين وذلك في اليوم التالي بعد تلقي طلب من فريق التسويق في دبي مول.
دبي مول أو بطاقة الهدايا من إعمار غير ملزمان بترتيب رحلات سفر أو تأشيرات دخول أو حجز إقامة في فندق أو تأمين وجبات الطعام أو تكبد أية مصاريف أخرى متنوعة خلال فترة إقامة الفائز في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
يُطلب من الفائزين إبراز أي من الوثائق التعريفية التالية للحصول على جائزتهم: جواز السفر أو بطاقة الهوية أو رخصة القيادة.
لا يجوز للفائز صرف قيمة الجائزة المستحقة من بطاقة الهدايا من إعمار لشراء بطاقات هدايا إضافية من إعمار أو أي بطاقة هدايا تجزئة أخرى.
شرط قبول الجائزة:
يجب أن يتمتع الفائز بالقدرة البدنية التي تؤهله للتسوق لمدة 4 ساعات.
يجب أن يكون الفائز متوفراً في التاريخ المحدّد في شهر مايو، 2017 للحصول على جائزته والمشاركة في الأنشطة الترويجية.
في حال رفض الفائز قبول الجائزة بناءً على الشروط المذكورة أعلاه، فإن إدارة بيرفيومري آند كو تحتفظ بالحق في منح الجائزة لفائز آخر.
يجب على الفائز إنفاق قيمة الجائزة في التسوّق في ما لا يقل عن أربع من الفئات التالية:
مستحضرات المكياج ومنتجات العناية بالبشرة والعطور وصالون تجميل.

من خلال التسجيل للسحب وفي حال فوزك بالجائزة المذكورة هنا، فأنت تقر وتوافق على التخلي والتنازل عن حقوقك فيما يتعلق بمعلومات شخصية محدّدة، مثل: اسمك وعمرك وجنسيتك وجنسك وغيرها من المعلومات الشخصية المقدّمة لبطاقة الهدايا من إعمار ودبي مول، والسماح لكلا الطرفين باستخدام هذه المعلومات لغرض الدعاية والإعلان عن كونك الفائز بالجائزة وذلك عبر أي من الوسائط الإعلامية المتاحة والتي تتضمن منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والصحف والمجلات وغيرها.
كما أنك توافق وتقر بالسماح لشركة إعمار العقارية (ش.م.ع) وجميع الشركات التابعة لها (بما في ذلك دبي مول) والشركات الفرعية بتصوير فيديو والتقاط صور واستخدام صورتك في جميع الأغراض التسويقية عبر أي من وسائط الإعلام والتي تشمل منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والصحف والمجلات وغيرها خلال الأنشطة ذات الصلة بالسحب والجائزة الممنوحة.
