Dubai Mall – (ELEVATE YOUR EVERYDAY) Promotional Campaign 2025 (“Terms & Conditions”)
1 Promotional Overview.
The ELEVATE YOUR EVERYDAY campaign at Dubai Mall is in support of retailers, where special offers and promotions mentioned in this clause 1, will run via the Dubai Mall application (the “Promotion”)
A) Mondays & Tuesdays Offers – Dubai Mall will randomly pay customers’ bills across Dubai Mall stores with a weekly limit of up to AED 10,000 within x2 days (ten thousand) every Monday and Tuesday throughout the Promotion period. Customers will be selected at random at any cashier desk across Dubai Mall by influencer Dana Al Shayji or any other party as Dubai Mall decides in its sole discretion.
B) Wednesdays & Thursday Offers – 40% off Emaar Entertainment attractions; Dubai Aquarium, Dubai Ice Rink, KidZania and Play DXB, for customers. Wednesdays and Thursdays offers shall be available based on first come, first serve basis.
By participating in the Promotion, the customer will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) and agreed to be bound by them when participating in any element of this Promotion. The customer will automatically lose their eligibility to participate in the Promotion upon violation (or attempted violation) of these Terms & Conditions or the spirit of these Terms & Conditions.
2 Eligibility and Participation
(a) The Promotion is open to all customers aged 18 years and above.
(b) The Promotion is applicable to individual customers only, not groups.
(c) Employees of Emaar Malls and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
(d) Customers who want to avail any Promotion offers should download the Dubai Mall application.
(e) Customers who have downloaded the Dubai Mall application will receive a pop-up message detailing the offers under the Promotion. Participants who want to avail the offers, must visit the retailer’s store and present a reference ID in the following format WBL9CBCIWK2Z (“Reference ID”). The Reference ID will be validated by the retailer’s store manually in order to confirm that Promotion offer has been successfully availed.
3 Promotion Period
The Promotion will run from 13 January 2025 - 13 February 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). Redemption period of the offers will be from 13 January – 13 March 2025.
4 Publicity
By entering the Promotion, the customer consents to the use of their name and photograph in connection with the Promotion and agree to take part in such other reasonable publicity as may be determined by the Dubai Mall or Emaar. Such publicity shall include, but not be limited to, interviews regarding participation in the Promotion and photographs when collecting their Prize, in both cases for use on the Dubai Mall or Emaar’s digital channels.
5 General Conditions
(a) By entering this Promotion, the customer consents to Dubai Mall and its appointees using his or her personal data to the extent necessary for the effective conduct of the Promotion which may include the passing of such personal information to third parties, as well as to parties outside the United Arab Emirates.
(b) Emaar shall not be held responsible for the failure by any retailer/ restaurant to provide the Promotional offers mentioned in these Terms and Conditions to the Customer.
(c) Emaar reserves the right to publish customer’s name and image without the customer’s prior notice.
(d) Emaar’s decisions are final and binding in all respects. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these Terms & Conditions, or the spirit of these Terms & Conditions, will be disqualified.
(e) Emaar retains the right to null and void any entry based on fraudulent transactions, or where a transaction is rejected or reversed for any reason.
(f) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai and relevant federal laws of the UAE. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
(g) Emaar reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Promotion without notice to the customer.
(h) Emaar will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect the customer experience at the Dubai Mall Application activations.
(i) To the extent permitted by law, Emaar may terminate or modify the Promotion or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, by posting the revised Terms & Conditions on the website www.dubaimall.com
