The VIP Lounge, located in Dubai Mall's Fashion Avenue and The District, is operational every day of the week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
A valid membership card / app must be presented at the time of entry to The Lounge.
Benefits are limited to the member only, however one guest over 18yrs can accompany them each time they visit.
The membership card may not be shared and can only be used by the registered guest
Access is subject to availability. In case the Lounge is full, closed for renovation or a private event an alternative arrangement or benefit may not be offered.
Dress code policy is smart/casual and Emirati National Dress. Beachwear, shorts, flip flops and caps are not allowed inside The Lounge.
Children under the age of 18yrs are not allowed to enter the Lounge.
Food and beverage purchased externally is prohibited within The Lounge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in The Lounge.
The Lounge reserves the right to cancel or terminate any membership for any reason and at any time prior notice.
These benefits are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

Receipts qualification: Members must submit receipts under their name to proceed with membership registration or updates.
Dubai Mall reserves the right to decline the acceptance of any guest if the above terms and conditions are not followed or they pose a risk to the safety of others.

VIP Parking - Terms & Conditions
VIP parking is available exclusively to verified and registered VIP members of Dubai Mall.
Only vehicles officially registered under the VIP member's name are eligible for registration in the system for VIP parking privileges.
Members must register their vehicle upon joining the VIP program by contacting parking@thedubaimall.comor visiting the VIP Lounge Desk at Dubai Mall.
Each member is eligible to register only one (1) vehicle plate number. To amend the registered plate number, members must submit a request via email to parking@thedubaimall.com at least two (2) working days in advance.
Parking privileges are non-transferable and should not be shared, sold, leased, or otherwise assigned to others.
VIP parking is valid only in designated VIP parking zones. Parking in non-designated areas may result in fines, penalties, and/or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Unauthorized entry into VIP parking zones is subject to fines and/or towing, as enforced by the authorities/mall management.
Parking slots in the VIP zones are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Dubai Mall VIP parking is subject to a daily time limit from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). These timings may change at the discretion of Dubai Mall management.
Vehicles parked beyond the daily time limit may be subject to fines, towing, and/or temporary suspension of VIP privileges.
All vehicles and members are required to comply with all applicable traffic, parking, and security regulations while using VIP parking facilities.
Dubai Mall management is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings inside the vehicle or to the vehicle while parked in the VIP parking area.
Dubai Mall reserves the right to cancel or terminate any membership at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including situations where these terms and conditions are not followed or if the member poses a risk to safety, security, or operations.
Misuse or abuse of parking privileges may result in immediate revocation of membership and access rights without notice.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their contact information remains up to date to receive important notices and updates regarding Dubai Mall services.
By using the VIP parking facility, members agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and terms outlined herein, and as may be amended from time to time.
