Terms and Conditions – The Biggest Deal of The Year:

General Terms & Conditions:

  • Emaar Malls (The Dubai Mall) terms and conditions apply.
  • The Dubai Mall Biggest Deal of The Year promotion is subject to change without notice.
  • The Dubai Mall Biggest Deal of The Year promotion terms and conditions are applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
  • The Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify or discontinue The Dubai Mall Biggest Deal of The Year promotion without notice.
  • The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your experience with The Dubai Mall Biggest Deal of The year promotion.
  • The campaign shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
  • By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Promotion Period:

  • The Dubai Mall – Biggest Deal of The Year promotion is valid from the 1st of July 2022 at 10:00am Gulf Standard Time until the 4th of September 2022 at 9:59pm Gulf Standard Time.

To Qualify / Campaign Mechanics

  • To qualify for the “Biggest Deal of The Year” promotion, each guest must make a minimum purchase of AED 500 or more in The Dubai Mall, during the promotion period; a maximum of 2 receipts equalling the value of AED 500 or more will be accepted.
  • Each time a participant makes a purchase at The Dubai Mall from any retailer during the promotion period, they must validate the receipt(s) at the Summer Garden activation stand (with an “Eligible Purchase”), located on the Lower Ground Floor, Star Atrium. ​
  • Only participants who have made an “Eligible Purchase” during the promotion period will be eligible to participate in the campaign.​
  • Only receipts that are dated between the 1st of July and 4th September 2022 will be accepted.​
  • Receipts for purchases made before 9pm must be validated on the day of purchase; receipts for purchases made after 9pm must be validated before the end of the next working day.​
  • Receipts for purchases made on the final day of the promotion period must be validated before 9.59pm on the 4th of September 2022.
  • Validation of receipts after the promotion period has passed will not be accepted under any circumstances. ​
  • The same receipts cannot be validated multiple times.​
  • All prizes and offers are subject to availability.​

 

Eligibility:

  • To participate, the participant must share his/her personal information with The Dubai Mall, such as full name as per passport or emirates ID, valid mobile number, valid email, and nationality.
  • By submitting the required number of receipts and proof of spending, the winner will be chosen by DED and contacted via phone call.
  • Winners will be announced weekly @thedubaimall social media platform
  • A participant can win no more than once during this promotion period. 
  • This promotion is open to participants aged 18 years and above only.
  • A valid Emirates ID or passport is required to collect the Emaar Gift Card and grand prize.
  • Employees of Emaar and their immediate family members, suppliers, agents, and anyone professionally associated with this campaign and prize draw are not allowed to participate in the campaign.​
  • Employees of tenants in The Dubai Mall shall not participate in The Biggest Deal of The Year campaign; this extends to include all immediate family members of those employees.

  • There will be a weekly draw, every week, for 9 weeks. A weekly winner will be drawn by DED,

  • Emaar Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Emaar Gift Card General Terms and Conditions apply.
  • Any expired Emaar Gift Card will not be extended beyond the date stated, nor will its value be given back in the form of cash.
  • The winner is not allowed to share his/her winning Emaar Gift Card with any third party.

 

Personal Information:

  • By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights regarding certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, and gender) to Emaar Malls Management and their affiliate companies and allow them to use this information for marketing purposes.

 

Governing Law:

  • This campaign and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
