  1. The Dubai Mall Spring Home and Electronics Campaign Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
  2. The Spring Home and Electronics Campaign is applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
  3. The Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify, or discontinue the Spring Home and Electronics Campaign without notice.
  4. The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your registration for the Spring Home and Electronics Campaign.
  5. The campaign shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
  6. By participating in this campaign you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Terms and Conditions for Spring Home and Electronics Campaign:

  1. The Spring Home and Electronics Campaign runs from 12:00am Gulf Standard Time on 1st April 2019 until 11:59pm Gulf Standard Time on 30th April 2019 (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. To participate in the promotion, participants must download The Dubai Mall Mobile App (the “APP”). Register on the APP and link their Skywards account. Participants can then upload valid receipts from participating Home and Electronics stores. Each receipt must be minimum of AED 100. Receipt can be scanned through The Dubai Mall App “Rewards” section
  3. Double Miles will be awarded for all purchases of over AED 100 made in any participating Home and Electronics stores during the Promotion Period. The receipt for the purchase must also be uploaded through The Dubai Mall APP on the Rewards section during the Promotion Period.
  4. For accumulative spend of AED 25,000 or more, the customer will be rewarded a pre-paid voucher for a 1-night stay at The Palace Downtown for 2 adults.
    1. The voucher is valid for stays between May 5 2019 and September 28 2019
    2. The voucher is valid for a 1-night stay in a Deluxe Lake View Room at Palace Downtown, including breakfast for 2 based on availability.
    3. Advance reservation is required and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
    4. Only 1 voucher will be awarded per person
    5. Receipts for the purchases in total of AED 25,000 must be uploaded through The Dubai Mall App on the Rewards section during the Promotion Period.
    6. The Dubai Mall will send the voucher by email to all qualified participants before May 15th
    7. Customers should send the voucher and their required booking dates and details to stay@addresshotels.com to book their stay.
    8. The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for arranging the hotel booking or any other miscellaneous expenses.

 

  1. Rewards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  2. Hotel vouchers are subject to availability, and The Dubai Mall reserves the right to substitute one reward with another without prior notice.
  3. Any expired voucher will not be extended beyond the date stated, nor will its value be given back in cash form.
  4. General Emaar Rewards Programme terms and conditions apply.

Eligibility:

  1. This promotion is open to all Emaar Malls Rewards Programme members.
  2. This promotion is open to participants aged 18 years and above only.

Personal Information:

  1. By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regards to certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender), to Emaar Malls and their affiliate companies and allow them to use this information for marketing purposes.

Governing Law:

  1. This campaign and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
