General Terms & Conditions:

  • The Dubai Mall Terms and Conditions applies.
  • By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
  • The Shop & Win (the “Draw”) is subject to all Emaar Gift Card Terms and Conditions which are subject to change without notice and can be found on EmaarGiftCard.com
  • The Draw is applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
  • Emaar Gift Card and The Dubai Mall reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue the Draw without notice.
  • Emaar Gift Card and The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your registration for the Emaar Gift Card & the Draw.
  • The Draw shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
  • You acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Promotion Period:

  • The Shop & Win promotion is valid from 11 June10:00am Gulf Standard Time till 11 July 2021 11:59pm Gulf Standard Time.

Eligibility:

  • To qualify for the draw, each guest to make a minimum purchase of AED 150 or more in The Dubai Mall, during the campaign period; single receipt to the value of AED 150 or more will be accepted.
  • Each time a participant makes a purchase at The Dubai Mall from any retailer during the Promotion Period, they must scan the QR code at each retailer store and register their information, upload the purchase receipts and tell us their favourite football team to be entered into the raffle draw to win. 
  • Double entries will be automatic for guest who makes any purchase at any sporting brand at The Dubai Mall with a minimum purchase of AED150 or more.

Prize:

  • Only participants who have made an Eligible spend during the Promotion Period will be qualified to enter the Draw.
  • The prize draw is open to participants aged 18 years and above only.
  • Employees of Emaar and their immediate family members, suppliers, agents and anyone professionally associated with this campaign and prize draw, are not allowed to participate in the Draw.
  • Retailers are not allowed to participate in this campaign.
  • Entry into each Draw will be automatic, if the participant has made an Eligible Purchase and provided valid personal details during the Promotion Period.
  • 1 winner will be drawn for the campaign.
  • 1 winner will receive one Emaar Gift Card worth 50,000AED.
  • The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The last day to be entered into the Draw will be 11 July 2021, 11:59 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST).

Winner:

  • The winner of each Draw will be announced on 14 July 2021 after the Promotion Period. Winners will be announced on @TheDubaiMall social media platform (Stories).
  • The winner of the Draw will be contacted by email or telephone using the mobile number registered.
  • If The Dubai Mall management are unable to contact the winner after 48 hours, or if the winner refuses to accept the prize based on these Terms & Conditions, then The Dubai Mall management reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
  • By entering the Draw, the winner agrees to personally visit The Dubai Mall to collect their prize and participate in the subsequent promotional activities as Emaar Gift Card/The Dubai Mall may require. The promotional activities include but are not limited to:
    • Pictures or video that will be used for digital advertising and promotion across various online, social media and offline channels.
    • Interview and/or photo/video shoot for marketing purposes across various online, social media and offline channels.
  • The Dubai Mall or Emaar Gift Card will not be responsible for arranging flights, visa, hotel stays or meals or other miscellaneous expenses during the winner’s stay in Dubai, UAE.
  • Winners will be required to keep the original receipt after registering it at The Dubai Mall as this may be required for validation purposes.

Personal Information:

  • By registering for the Draw; and should you win the prize listed herein, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regards to certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender, and other personal information provided to Emaar Gift Card and The Dubai Mall and allow both entities to use such personal information to advertise and announce you as a prize winner across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc.
  • You further agree and acknowledge to allow Emaar Properties PJSC and all their affiliated companies (including The Dubai Mall) and subsidiaries to film, photograph, and utilize your image for all marketing purposes across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc. during any of the activities related to the prize draw and award.

Governing Law:

  • This prize and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
