Shop and Fly with The Dubai Mall (the “Campaign”) T’s & C’s:​

  • The Dubai Mall Terms and Conditions applies.​
  • By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.​
  • Campaign period runs from 22 Apr 2021 – 13 May 2021 (both dates inclusive).​
  • To qualify for the raffle draw, Skywards members need to make a minimum purchase of AED 100 single transaction, subject to partnership terms and conditions.​
  • Members must spend and upload their valid receipts in The Dubai Mall app during the campaign period.​
  • Receipts must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase and date of purchase must be within the campaign period. ​
  • Each single receipt amounting to or greater than AED 100 qualifies the member to one raffle entry. Only one entry will be considered per receipt uploaded. Multiple entries are allowed per member.​
  • Draws will take place on 18 May 2021, with three winners selected and announced via The Dubai Mall Instagram page @thedubaimall (stories) on 19 May 2021. ​
  • Entry into each Draw will be automatic, if the participant has made an Eligible Purchase & upload the receipts in The Dubai Mall app during the Promotion Period.  ​
  • 3 winners will be drawn following the Promotion Period of 22 April 2021 – 13 May 2021.​
  • Skywards Miles for 2 round trip tickets*The flight tickets value will be converted into Miles and will be credited into the winner account (3 winners).​
  • The winner will have to provide the origin and destination details within The Dubai Mall team within 7 working days of winning the raffle.​
  • Skywards Miles awarded to selected winners will be credited to the members registered Emirates Skywards membership account within 5 working days of origin & destination selection of the winner.

  • Booking flight tickets by using Skywards Miles is subject to availability and terms & conditions of Emirates Skywards and Emirates airlines.​
  • Emirates Skywards reserves the right to change the minimum miles requirement to book flights / upgrades without any notice to members or The Dubai Mall.​
  • The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for non-availability of flights on the cheapest fare on the selected dates of winner to cover the cost of tickets via Skywards Miles. ​
  • The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any cancellations / rescheduling / change in flight schedules or refunds due to any unforeseen reasons.  ​
  • Emirates Skywards and The Dubai Mall reserve the right to withdraw the offer without serving advance notice to members.​
  • The Prize of Skywards Miles cannot be exchanged for cash. ​
  • Retailers are not allowed to participate in this campaign.​
