DSF Super Car & One Million Skywards Miles (the “Campaign”) T’s & C’s:

  1. The Dubai Mall Terms and Conditions applies.
  2. By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
  3. Campaign period runs from 16 May 2021 – 29 May 2021 (both dates inclusive).
  4. To qualify for the daily raffle draw, Skywards members need to make a minimum purchase of AED 500, subject to partnership terms and conditions.
  5. Members must spend and upload their valid receipts in The Dubai Mall app from the date of purchase during the campaign period.
  6. Each single receipt amounting to or greater than AED 500 qualifies the member to one raffle entry. Only one entry will be considered per receipt uploaded. Multiple entries allowed in increments of AED 500.
  7. Draws will take place on 30th May 2021, with 14 winners selected and announced via The Dubai Mall Instagram page @thedubaimall (stories).
  8. Entry into the Draw will be automatic, as long as the participant has made an Eligible Purchase & upload the receipts in The Dubai Mall app during the Promotion Period.  
  9. 14 winners will be drawn following the Promotion Period of 16 May - 29 May 2021.
    1. 14 winners will win a W Motors Fenyr SuperSport Dubai edition scale model (size 1:18) by DFRE
    2. 1 winner will be selected from the 14 winners to win 1 Million Skywards Miles
  10. The 14 winners will also entitled to entry the Grand DSF Supercar Raffle draw organized by DFRE to stand a chance to win a grand prize of the supercar: One (x1) W Motors Fenyr SuperSport Car or AED 2 Million in cash.

  • Draw dates are subject to change with or without notice.
  • If The Dubai Mall management are unable to contact the winner after 48 hours, or if the winner refuses to accept the prize based on these Terms & Conditions, then The Dubai Mall management reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
  • By entering the Draw, the winner agrees to personally visit The Dubai Mall to collect their prize and participate in the subsequent promotional activities as The Dubai Mall may require. The promotional activities include but are not limited to:
    • Pictures or video that will be used for digital advertising and promotion across various online, social media and offline channels.
    • Interview and/or photo/video shoot for marketing purposes across various online, social media and offline channels.
  • The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for arranging flights, visa, hotel stays or meals or other miscellaneous expenses during the winner’s stay in Dubai, UAE.
  • Winners will be required to keep the original receipt after registering it at The Dubai Mall as this may be required for validation purposes.
  • Skywards Miles awarded to selected winners will be credited to the members registered Emirates Skywards membership account within 5 working days of the raffle draw announcement.
  • Emirates Skywards and The Dubai Mall reserve the right to withdraw the offer without serving advance notice to members.
  • The Prize of Skywards Miles cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  • Retailers are not allowed to participate in this campaign.

Personal Information:

  • By registering for the Draw; and should you win the prize listed herein, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regards to certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender, and other personal information provided to The Dubai Mall and allow the entity to use such personal information to advertise and announce you as a prize winner across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc.
  • You further agree and acknowledge to allow Emaar Properties PJSC and all their affiliated companies (including The Dubai Mall) and subsidiaries to film, photograph, and utilize your image for all marketing purposes across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc. during any of the activities related to the prize draw and award.

Governing Law:

  • This prize and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
