  • By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
  • The Dine & Win (the “Draw”) is subject to all Emaar Gift Card Terms and Conditions which are subject to change without notice and can be found on EmaarGiftCard.com
  • The Draw is applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
  • Emaar Gift Card and The Dubai Mall reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue the Draw without notice.
  • Emaar Gift Card and The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your registration for the Emaar Gift Card & the Draw.
  • The Draw shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
  • You acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Promotion Period:

  • The Dubai Mall Dine & Win promotion is valid from 1st April 2021 10:00am Gulf Standard Time till 10th April 2021 11:59pm Gulf Standard Time.

Eligibility:

  • To qualify for the draw, each guest to make a minimum transaction of AED 100 or more in the F&B outlets at The Dubai Mall, during the campaign period; single receipt of the value of AED 100 or more will be accepted. Multiple receipts to the value of AED 100 or more will also be accepted.  
  • Each time a participant makes a dining spend at The Dubai Mall from any F&B outlets during the Promotion Period, they must validate the receipt(s) at The Dubai Mall Guest Service Desk (an “Eligible Spending”)

Guest Service Desk Locations:
1.) Lower Ground Floor, Near Emirates NBD
2.) Lower Ground Floor, Near Wafi Gourmet
3.) Ground Floor, Near Costa
4.) Second Floor, Food Court Near Cinnabon

  • Only participants who have made an Eligible spend during the Promotion Period will be qualified to enter the Draw.
  • The prize draw is open to participants aged 18 years and above only.
  • Employees of Emaar and their immediate family members, suppliers, agents and anyone professionally associated with this campaign and prize draw, are not allowed to participate in the Draw.

Prize:

  • Entry into each Draw will be automatic, if the participant has made an Eligible spend and provided valid personal details during the Promotion Period.
  • Only 1 winner will be drawn for each of the campaign dates (x10 days, x10 winners).
  • One winner will receive one Emaar Gift Card worth 5,000AED.
  • The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The last day to be entered into the Draw will be 10 April 2021, 11:59PM Gulf Standard Time (GST).

Winner:

  • The winner of each Draw will be announced on 12 April after the Promotion Period. Winners will be announced on @TheDubaiMall social media platform (Stories).
  • The winner of the Draw will be contacted by email or telephone using the mobile number registered.
  • If The Dubai Mall management are unable to contact the winner after 48 hours, or if the winner refuses to accept the prize based on these Terms & Conditions, then The Dubai Mall management reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
  • By entering the Draw, the winner agrees to personally visit The Dubai Mall to collect their prize and participate in the subsequent promotional activities as Emaar Gift Card/The Dubai Mall may require. The promotional activities include but are not limited to:
    • Pictures or video that will be used for digital advertising and promotion across various online, social media and offline channels.
    • Interview and/or photo/video shoot for marketing purposes across various online, social media and offline channels.
  • The Dubai Mall or Emaar Gift Card will not be responsible for arranging flights, visa, hotel stays or meals or other miscellaneous expenses during the winner’s stay in Dubai, UAE.
  • Winners will be required to keep the original receipt after registering it at The Dubai Mall as this may be required for validation purposes.

Personal Information:

  • By registering for the Draw; and should you win the prize listed herein, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regards to certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender, and other personal information provided to Emaar Gift Card and The Dubai Mall and allow both entities to use such personal information to advertise and announce you as a prize winner across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc.
  • You further agree and acknowledge to allow Emaar Properties PJSC and all their affiliated companies (including The Dubai Mall) and subsidiaries to film, photograph, and utilize your image for all marketing purposes across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc. during any of the activities related to the prize draw and award.

Governing Law:

  • This prize and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
