CHINESE NEW YEAR TERMS &CONDITIONS

General Terms & Conditions:

  1. Emaar Malls (The Dubai Mall) Terms and Conditions applies.
  2. Chinese New Year Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
  3. Chinese New Year Terms and Conditions is applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
  4. The Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify, or discontinue the Chinese New Year activations without notice.
  5. The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your experience at the Chinese New Year activations.
  6. The campaign shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
  7. By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Terms and Conditions – Stamp:

  1. The Stamp promotion runs from 25th Jan 2020 until 1st Feb 2019 (during the “Promotion Period”).
  2. Participants must spend a minimum of AED 1000 across any store in The Dubai Mall between 25th Jan 2020 until 1st Feb 2020 to receive this gift.
  3. Participants must present one receipt or multiple receipts that accumulate to a minimum of AED 1000.
  4. Each customer will be allowed to customize one product per transaction, even if the amount spent exceeds AED 1000.
  5. Only receipts that are dated between 25th Jan 2020 and 1st Feb 2020 will be accepted.
  6. The same receipts cannot be validated multiple times.
  7. Neither The Dubai Mall, nor the artist are liable for any customers who are unhappy with their customization works and gift.
  8. The Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify or discontinue the stamp activation without notice.
  9. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
  10. Stamp gifts are only available while stocks last.

Terms and Conditions – Calligraphy:

  1. The calligraphy promotion runs from 25th Jan 2020 until 1st Feb 2019 (during the “Promotion Period”).
  2. Participants must spend a minimum of AED 200 across any store in The Dubai Mall between 25th Jan 2020 until 1st Feb 2020 to receive this gift.
  3. Participants must present one receipt or multiple receipts that accumulate to a minimum of AED 200.
  4. Each customer will be allowed to customize one gift per transaction, even if the amount spent exceeds AED 200.
  5. Only receipts that are dated between 25th Jan 2020 and 1st Feb 2020 will be accepted.
  6. The same receipts cannot be validated multiple times.
  7. Neither The Dubai Mall, nor the artist are liable for any customers who are unhappy with their customization works and gift.
  8. The Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify or discontinue the caligraphy activation without notice.
  9. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

Spend and Win Hotel Stay and VIP Shopping Trip:

  1. The Hotel Stay and VIP Shopping Trip spend and win promotion will run from 25th January 2020 at 10am to 1st February 2020 at 11:59pm.
  2. Members spending accumulative AED 500 or above between 25th January 2020 at 10am to 1st February 2020 at 11:59pm are eligible to participate
  3. Any purchase made before or after the offer period will not be eligible to participate. Purchases must be made during the promotional period to qualify for the Hotel Stay and VIP Shopping Trip spend and win promotion.
  4. To participate, guests must visit the Chinese New Year stand located on the Promenade, present and validate receipts and provide personal details in order to participate.
  5. One winner will be chosen at random after the 1st February 2020.
  6. The winner will be announced through The Dubai Mall social media channels.
  7. Multiple entries will not be accepted.

Governing Law:

  1. This campaign and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
