General Terms & Conditions:
- The Back to School Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
- The Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify, or discontinue the Dubai Summer Surprises Teddy Bear Contest without notice.
- The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, dissatisfaction or other errors of any kind that may occur while purchasing from retailers on the school bus.
- The campaign shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
- By participating in this campaign you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Terms and Conditions for The Back to School – School Bus Competition:
- The Back to School- School Bus Competition runs from 15th August to 31st August 2019 (the “Promotion Period”).
- To participate in the Back to School- School Bus Competition, all participants must take an image at the School Bus and post it on social media using the hashtag #TDMYellowBus to enter the draw.
- The Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify, or discontinue the Dubai Summer Surprises Teddy Bear Contest without notice.
- There will be three winners announced on 31st August and they will each receive a prize from Marks & Spenser.
Personal Information:
- By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regards to certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender), to Emaar Malls and their affiliate companies and allow them to use this information for marketing purposes.
Governing Law:
- This campaign and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
