General Terms & Conditions:

  1. Emaar Malls (The Dubai Mall) Terms and Conditions applies.
  2. The Autumn – Customizing Stand Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
  3. The Autumn – Customizing Stand is applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
  4. The Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify, or discontinue the Autumn – Customizing Stand without notice.
  5. The Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your experience at the Autumn – Customizing Stand.
  6. The campaign shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
  7. By participating in this campaign you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Terms and Conditions for The Autumn – Customizing Stand:

  1. The Autumn – Customizing Stand runs from 20th September 2019 until 19th October 2019 (during the “Promotion Period”).
  2. Participants must spend a minimum of AED 500 across any store in The Dubai Mall between 20th September 2019 until 19th October 2019 to have your products customized.
  3. Participants must present one receipt or multiple receipts that accumulate to a minimum of AED 500.
  4. Each customer will be allowed to customize one product per transaction, even if the amount spent exceeds AED 500.
  5. Only receipts that are dated between 20th September 2019 until 19th October 2019 will be accepted.
  6. The same receipts cannot be validated multiple times.
  7. Neither The Dubai Mall, nor the artist are liable for any customers who are unhappy with their customization works, customers will have to sign a waiver.
  8. The Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify, or discontinue the Autumn – Customizing Stand without notice.
  9. To accommodate more customers, only artwork that is simple and quick, and that can be done within 10-15 mins will be undertaken.

 

 ITEMS THAT CAN’T BE EMBROIDERED (materials deemed unsuitable including but not limited to):

  • Fur, Lace, Leather, Polyutherane, sheer fabrics, mesh, loose knit material and very heavy weight fabrics
  • Items in which the area to be embroidered cannot be laid in a flat single layer i.e. pleating, gathering, draping, lining, stuffing and seams
  • If there are accessories such as zippers, rivets or buttons in the desired customization area
  • Shoes

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE PATCHED:

  • Coated Fabric or otherwise heat sensitive material
  • Garments which cannot be laid flat on the press
  • Mesh fabric
  • Loose knit material
  • Shoes

ITEMS THAT CAN BE CUSTOMIZED:

  • T-shirts & Sweatshirts,
  • Denim Jeans (for letter embroidery or patches), Denim Jackets
  • Dresses, Skirts & Shorts
  • Jackets (without lining for embroidery)
  • Woven Scarves, Fabric bags (without lining for embroidery)

Personal Information:

  1. By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regards to certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender), to Emaar Malls and their affiliate companies and allow them to use this information for marketing purposes.

Governing Law:

  1. This campaign and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
