Dubai Mall & Dubai Food Festival Prize Draw 2018 (the “Draw”) is subject to all Emaar Gift Card Terms and Conditions which are subject to change without notice and can be found on EmaarGiftCard.com.
The Draw is applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
Emaar Gift Card and Dubai Mall reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue the Draw without notice.
Emaar Gift Card and Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your registration for the Emaar Gift Card & the Draw.
The Draw shall be considered void where prohibited by law.
You acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Emaar Malls Management LLC is sponsoring the raffle draw. Apple/ Google are not a sponsors of the campaign.
Promotion Period:
Entries to the Draw are earned for each Eligible Purchase (defined below in “Eligibility” Section) at Dubai Mall between 12:00am Gulf Standard Time on 22nd February 2018 until 11:59pm Gulf Standard Time on 10th March 2018 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility:
Participants must download Dubai Mall Mobile App (the “APP”). Each time a participant makes any Food & Beverage related purchase from any retailers located within Dubai Mall, during the Promotion Period, they must scan the receipt using the APP. Each scanned receipt will be verified as one entry to the Draw.
Only participants who have made an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period will be qualified to enter the Draw.
The prize draw is open to participants aged 18 years and above only.
Employees of Emaar and their immediate family members, suppliers, agents and anyone professionally associated with this campaign and prize draw, are not allowed to participate in the Draw.
Prize:
Entry into the Draw will be automatic, as long as the participant has made an Eligible Purchase & provided valid personal details on the APP during the Promotion Period.
Only 1 winner will be drawn on March 11th 2018.
The winner will receive an Emaar Gift Card worth AED 10,000 only. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
The last day to be entered into the Draw will be 10th March 2018, 11:59 pm Gulf Standard Time (GST).
Winner:
The winner of the Draw will be announced on 11th March 2018.
The winner of the Draw will be contacted by email or telephone using the mobile number registered on the mobile APP.
If Dubai Mall management are unable to contact the winner after 48 hours, or if the winner refuses to accept the prize based on these Terms & Conditions, then Dubai Mall management reserve the right to award the prize to an alternative winner.
By entering the Draw, the winner agrees to personally visit Dubai Mall to collect their prize and participate in the subsequent promotional activities as Emaar Gift Card/Dubai Mall may require. The promotional activities include but are not limited to:
Pictures or video that will be used for digital advertising and promotion across various online, social media and offline channels.
Interview and/or photo/video shoot for marketing purposes across various online, social media and offline channels.
Dubai Mall or Emaar Gift Card will not be responsible for arranging flights, visa, hotel stays or meals or other miscellaneous expenses during the winner’s stay in Dubai, UAE.
Winners will be required to keep the original receipt after scanning it on Dubai Mall Mobile App and show it to redeem the Prize (The “APP”).
Personal Information:
By registering for the Draw; and should you win the prize listed herein, you acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights in regards to certain personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender, and other personal information provided to Emaar Gift Card and Dubai Mall and allow both entities to use such personal information to advertise and announce you as a prize winner across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc.
You further agree and acknowledge to allow Emaar Properties PJSC and all their affiliated companies (including Dubai Mall) and subsidiaries to film, photograph, and utilize your image for all marketing purposes across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc. during any of the activities related to the prize draw and award.
Governing Law:
This prize and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
