The Dubai Mall Delivery Service

Terms and Conditions:

  • The Delivery Service is valid only within Dubai to private residences, business addresses and hotels.
  • The following categories of customers will receive Complimentary Priority Delivery Service with no minimum spend required.

    • Emirates NBD U By Emaar Gold & Infinite card holders
    • Emirates Skywards Gold & Platinum members
    • U by Emaar Signature Gold & Platinum members

    All hotel customers will receive Complimentary Delivery Service with no minimum spend required.

    All other customers must spend a minimum of AED 500 in The Dubai Mall to use the Complimentary Delivery Service. Purchases made outside The Dubai Mall will not be accepted.

  • Customers must provide their full name, address, email ID and contact number to use the Delivery Service. Incomplete information may result in a cancellation or delay. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.
  • The Delivery Service is available 7 days a week, between 10:00 – 22:00 hours.
  • For same day Delivery, customers must drop off the item before 17:00 hours, for delivery before 22:00 hours. Items dropped off after 17:00 hours will be scheduled for delivery the next day.
  • If the customer is not available to receive the Delivery on the first or second attempt, the items will be returned to The Dubai Mall retail store on the third Delivery attempt. The customer will be informed via SMS.
  • The maximum cumulative weight for multiple or a single item is 25kgs. The maximum dimensions are: L120cm x W90cm x H85cm.
  • The Dubai Mall is not responsible for damages incurred during the Delivery Service. Fragile items must be appropriately wrapped by the retail store to prevent any damage before collection.
  • Groceries and perishable items are not accepted.
  • The Dubai Mall reserves the right to decline the acceptance or collection any items if the above terms and conditions are not followed.
